Southern Baptist Association of Christian Schools in partnership with
The School of Communications has developed the following exciting
programs for its member schools.

MBCO - My Book Club Online
This new online newsletter is designed for PK-2nd grade parents to cover reading skills and book reviews. Each issue will cover a topic relating to how children learn to read. The goal is to help parents understand the reading process as well as the important role they play in their child's reading success. Book reviews will support various themes in literature and provide home extensions activities.

Helps students increase their cultural literacy and compete with others for prizes.

C.L.I.P. [Creative Language through Literature…an Integrated Program]
Choose books that creatively inspire children both academically and whimsically.  Design your own K-8 CLIP list to not only strengthen your academic program but will become a marketing jewel for your development/admissions offices.

LIT Trading Cards
The School of Communication's Literature Trading Cards are small pieces of art that are created to be traded and collected between Christian school classrooms.  They are great incentives for your students as well as memory makers for years to come.

The Paper Bag
A writing contest for students in Kindergarten - 8th Grade.
